The Lorpavi Team, led by Mr. Andres Parada accommodated my job requests to break down my HVAC requests into three separate efforts: move my outside A/C condenser, reroute inside ducting so as to finish basement, and maintenance contract. I look forward to Lorpavi doing additional HVAC related work (e.g., internal UV duct cleaner, humidifier, ....)

Andrés has been working with us for over 10 years. From servicing old units to installing a new HVAC system, we can't speak highly about Andres and Lorpavi. He saved our gas furnace and radiant heat system, fixed plumbing and renovated our basement. He's like family!

Andrés and his business partner responded quickly and offered a reasonable price to service my HVAC units. He and his partner replaced the filters and cleaned the coils and replaced a condenser for a reasonable price. They worked for ~4 hours. I will use them again.

I had 3 companies come to my home and quote me prices up to 27k to “fix” my ac unit. Lorpavi was recommended by a contractor I know and they found the problem and fixed me up for a fraction of the previous quotes. Ac has never blown colder. Super clean and honest work! Great service!

I worked with Andres Parada and Jose. They came promptly and worked efficiently. The parts for installation were on back order, so they gave us a window AC unit and refilled our refrigerant for no charge. They came and installed the system as soon as the parts were available. They were professional and friendly. I couldn’t ask for much more.

We have been using Lorpavi service for last 3+ years. First we had used their service for the maintenance of 20+ year old system couple of times. Once we had to call them since our heater stopped working on a very cold day. They stopped by with in an hour and rectified the problem.Once the old system ran out of life, we had used their service to replace the system with new one. They are a small company and very prompt with the installation and after service. I would happily recommend their installation and service to anyone.

Very positive experience. He was not clear with me about the estimate upfront. It took him and the technician exactly two hours to complete to work. He ended up charging me 2 hours emergency call plus 2 hours labor plus parts cost. He inflated the part price by 10 folds. When I confronted him with he agreed to refund me a small amount but he never did send me a refund and he stopped responding to me
