Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code.
• Service request details, such as the type of HVAC service you need and any message you write to us.
• Technical and usage data collected automatically, such as the page you submitted a form from, browser and device type (user agent), and pages viewed.
• Call information when you call or text us, such as your phone number and the content of your request.

When you submit a quote, scheduling, or contact form on this website, the information you enter (name, phone, email, ZIP code, requested service, and optional message) is sent to LORPAVI by email, delivered through the Resend email delivery service, so our team can respond to your request. We also record the page URL and browser user agent associated with the submission to help us understand which page the request came from.

Because these submissions are delivered by email, copies may be retained in LORPAVI’s business email and in the service systems we use to schedule and manage jobs.

Planned, not yet active: LORPAVI plans to use HubSpot (free CRM) to organize commercial leads in the future. This integration has not been implemented. We will update this policy before HubSpot begins receiving website lead information.

Providing this information is voluntary, but we may not be able to respond to your request without it.

If you submit an Instant Lead Form on Facebook or Instagram in response to one of our advertisements, Meta shares the information you provided in that form (for example, your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code or other answers) with LORPAVI so we can contact you about the service you requested. Meta’s handling of your information is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy and the notices shown in the form.

Information from Instant Lead Forms may be retained by LORPAVI in business email and service systems. LORPAVI also plans to use HubSpot for lead management; that integration is not yet active.

We use the contact details you provide to respond to your request, schedule service, provide estimates, and follow up about your inquiry by phone call or email.

LORPAVI does not currently send marketing text messages. If you text us or we reply to a message you sent us about your service request, we use your number only for that conversation. You can ask us to stop contacting you by using the details below.

This website uses necessary storage to operate and to remember your cookie choice. With your permission, it also uses Google Tag Manager, which can deploy Google measurement and advertising tags. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize your browser and record events such as page views, phone-call button clicks, and form submissions, to help us understand how visitors use the site and measure the performance of our advertising.

Optional analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded until you choose to allow them. When you first visit, you can select Accept All, Reject Optional, or Manage Preferences to allow analytics, advertising, or neither. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change or withdraw it at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads without those technologies and we attempt to remove their cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can use your browser’s privacy features or Google’s opt-out tools to limit analytics. Blocking cookies may affect some site features.

With your permission to use advertising technologies, this website uses the Meta Pixel and may use Google advertising and measurement tags through Google Tag Manager. These technologies allow Meta and Google to receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken (for example, submitting a form), so we can measure and improve our advertising and reach people who may be interested in our services. If you reject optional technologies, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.

You can manage ad preferences through your Meta Ad Preferences and Google Ad Settings.

Our Google Tag Manager container currently includes Google Analytics 4 measurement and Google Ads conversion measurement tags. These may use cookies such as those beginning with _ga and _gcl. Google Ads conversion tools can also include an “enhanced conversions” feature, which, when enabled, may send contact details you submit in a form (such as an email address or phone number) to Google in an encoded (hashed) form for conversion measurement. The exact configuration of this feature in our Tag Manager account is still being verified, and we will update this policy to reflect it.

LORPAVI does not sell personal information databases. The Meta Pixel and Google tags may involve sharing information about your visit with Meta and Google for advertising and measurement purposes. You can reject optional technologies at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Information you submit may be stored in LORPAVI’s business email, in service and scheduling systems, and in HubSpot once that integration is implemented. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for our operations, such as responding to requests, providing and following up on service, warranty and recordkeeping needs, resolving disputes, and complying with legal, tax, and contractual obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.

LORPAVI has not set a fixed retention period for this information. The criteria above guide how long it is kept.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we collect, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
